John D. and Phyllis Sanders Scholarship

This scholarship is designated for mathematics majors with the intent to teach or pursue a career in applied mathematics. Preference will be given to applicants in the following order:
A. First generation college students
B. Demonstrated high moral and ethical character
C. Excels academically as demonstrated by ACT scores for first-time freshmen or cumulative GPA for returning or transfer students.
D. Exhibits exceptional leadership qualities.
E. Works to financially support their education due to economic condition of their family
F. Is a previous recipient of this scholarship, or is a sibling of a previous recipient.
