Roy Vincent and Milner Harris Evans Scholarships

This scholarship is offered to students with financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), who are graduate students at the Plainview campus with a major from the School of Education, then to undergraduate students at the Plainview campus with a major from the School of Education.
